Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

Tradara is a digital software service. No physical product is shipped. There are no shipping carriers or physical delivery charges.

1. What customers receive

Customers purchase time-limited access to the selected Tradara software plan. The licence provides access to the tools available under that plan for its purchased term, subject to applicable usage limits.

2. When access begins

Following a Nigerian bank transfer or cryptocurrency payment, the customer submits the payment reference or transaction hash through the app. Our team verifies receipt and then activates the licence. Activation is dependent on successful verification and may be delayed by incomplete details, bank settlement or blockchain confirmation. Customers should contact support if access does not appear after verification.

3. Future card payments

We do not currently offer card checkout. If card processing becomes available, the payment and delivery flow will be updated to describe the relevant verification and activation process.
