These terms describe access to Tradara, a web-based AI trading analysis, education, journaling and coaching software platform operated by Madam F F Global LTD, Nigeria. By registering for or purchasing access, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable consumer law.

1. What Tradara provides

Tradara provides AI-generated explanations of charts, possible trading scenarios, indicative entry/exit and risk levels, educational commentary, journals and related tools. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are not personalised investment recommendations, guaranteed signals, trade execution, brokerage or custody services. You make all trading decisions independently. Leveraged trading can result in substantial losses.

2. Accounts and licences

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for providing accurate account information. Purchases grant personal, limited access to the features of the selected licence for the stated term. Available plans and feature limits are shown on the pricing or checkout screen at purchase. A 30-day licence expires after its access period; purchases do not automatically renew. Features described as paused, preview or in development are not guaranteed to be available immediately.

3. Payment and activation

Currently available payment methods are Nigerian bank transfer and cryptocurrency, using instructions shown in Tradara. Payment is made upfront. We verify transfer references or blockchain confirmations before issuing or renewing licence access. Do not send payment to a bank account or wallet not displayed through the official app. No card payments are currently accepted by Tradara. Any future card checkout will be introduced only after a processor has been approved and integrated.

4. Fair use and service availability

Do not share logins beyond your permitted device limit, scrape the platform, automate excessive requests, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud or security threats. We may maintain, update, change or temporarily interrupt services; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or investment results.

5. Refunds, privacy and support

Our Refund Policy, Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy form part of the information available before purchase. Contact support using the methods listed on our Contact page.

6. Applicable protections

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute will be considered in accordance with applicable law and mandatory consumer protection requirements.
